Dallas-Fort Worth, 30 miles around east Dallas
Diagnostics, no-start repair, batteries, brakes, keys and module programming done in your driveway, your office lot or on the roadside, with factory-level tools in the van and a written range before any part is fitted. Covered for 1 year parts and 1 year labor.
Repairs done at your location, covered by a 1-year warranty
How it works
Three steps with a written record at each one, so you know what was found and what it costs before any work starts.
Year, make, model and mileage, what the vehicle is doing, and where it sits: driveway, office lot, roadside. A photo of the dash helps. You can call or text (817) 760-2488 or use the booking form, and an arrival window comes back by text.
The technician tests the battery and charging system, reads every module with the brand-level tool, and confirms the cause at the vehicle. You receive the findings and a price range before any part is named or fitted.
Most repairs are done in the same visit from van stock; parts ordered to the VIN get a return visit at the day they arrive. The call-out is credited to the repair, and the invoice shows the 1-year warranty covering it.
Charging voltage, a road test where the symptom needs one, stored faults cleared and re-read, and the old parts left with you. The vehicle is ready to drive when the technician pulls away.

Questions
Diagnostics run $99–$169 with the trip included inside 30 miles of east Dallas, and the call-out portion is credited to any repair you approve on site. Straightforward jobs booked without a diagnosis, such as an oil change or a battery, include the trip in their published range. The pricing page lists the call-out fee on its own.
Anything that needs a lift for hours, a press or a clean room: internal transmission work, head gaskets, timing chains, high-voltage hybrid pack work and most fuel-tank drops on low sedans. For those you get a written diagnosis and a realistic shop range, which is cheaper than paying the shop to find out.
Yes. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Mini and Porsche are diagnosed with their own brand-level tools, which is what allows batteries to be registered, keys to be programmed and modules to be coded in your driveway rather than at a dealer.
Working hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sat: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Sun: Closed. A no-start or a vehicle blocking a driveway is scheduled ahead of routine work. The arrival window is confirmed by text when you book, and the technician sends a real time when leaving the previous job.
Yes. Parts fitted and the labor to fit them are covered for 1 year parts and 1 year labor. The invoice records the repair date and mileage the coverage runs from.
Yes, as long as the vehicle is reachable by the van and the hood can open fully. Office lots in Las Colinas, Legacy and the Telecom Corridor, apartment lots across the metro and open garages all work. Gated garages need you to meet the van at the entrance.
Yes, where the location is safe to work in. Belts, hoses, batteries, spare tires and fuel faults are fixed on the shoulder or in the lot; a vehicle in live highway traffic is moved to a safe spot first. The roadside call and assessment runs $69–$129.
